This week’s episode of Best In Show featured a cooking competition with a new twist: The person who prepares the best meal wins the opportunity to cook for the co-host who serves up the worst. Due to the nature of a radio show that has forced losers of trivia contests to drink coffee brewed with raw fish, it can be said that the grand prize is not simply the joy of cooking, but rather, the joy of watching a friend eat a horrid meal out of obligation.
The contest ended with Keith taking top billing with his roasted potatos and beans, inching out Brian’s lentil based soup and Chris’s savory apple cobbler. Since Rob Gigs did not participate (citing his distaste for women’s work), that leaves Fred and his pasta with peas solidly in last place.
Will Keith show mercy? Will Fred vomit? Will Keith prepare the visually exciting wonder that is vegan sausage? Tune into next week’s episode of Best In Show to find out exactly what happens when a meal stops being nice and starts being real (nauseating).
